Alex is a Registered Maine Guide with years of experience hunting big and small game in the woods of Maine. Alex grew up in the eastern area of Maine which has expanded his expertise in the hunting ground surrounding the Wilderness Lodge area. Alex has professional experience in public safety alongside his various types of first-aid experience.

He is a passionate upland bird hunter who specializes in bird hunts over his well trained dogs. In the early months of fall you can find Alex down a back road with his bird dogs, finding prime covers to hunt grouse and woodcock. A good pair of boots and a good attitude is what you’ll need on a day with him and his dogs. He has been working bird dogs for over a decade and a half and will be continuing this for the rest of his guiding career.

Alex is successful in not only upland birds but is also a master mind in finding your trophy moose. Alex has been hunting moose for nearly his entire life in various zones across the state. He has years of experience in our operating area that allows him to easily navigate the woods to find your next trophy.
